6.7 intake horn

Here is the base of a 6.7 cummins intake horn I am working on, I was able to gain a lot of extra space over the stock one by building a hydro form bending machine to make a replacement injector line. I'll post pics of the injector line and the mostly finished intake horn tomorrow. For now just some machining porn:

I designed the intake to use 4" .125" wall tube on a 4" CLR, all I could get was .083" on a 4.57" clr in a 90* bend for now so that is why it is in three pieces. With custom bent tube beyond 90* the part can be made from one piece of tube and the merge point won't have to be so far off tangent. This is just for testing so it doesn't matter too much for now. I am going to dyno test this on Saturday along with a 4" charge pipe and a grid heater delete.

I still need to machine the map sensor flange and a dipstick bracket before than.

Sure I can take a picture, seems like an odd request, just looks like a full pen weld joint.

Lol, we were just talking about a cam for the 2010 tonight. Next time you see Geoff mention it to him, and see what he has available. No fly cutting for this one though, needs to be drop in.

Edit, Mike beat me too it, posted while I was writing...
