His much difference does. 020 really make? I know. 040 is where its at for dmax. But what about a cummins. I don't see that little but make that much of a difference. But I may be wrong
 
It is a 0.49% increase in displacement. You think its going to make a significant difference?

Now, if your cylinders are scratched up, it'll make a big difference, but not because of more displacement.
 
OK so honestly it wont make much difference. I bout it from a Dodge screw up and miss diagnosed it with 25k on it and the cylinder walls are perfect
 
It will make no difference. You bore a cummins to get rid of scoring. Thats why the little 5.9 liter still rules the diesel world full of bigger cubic inch engines. LOL:stab: C.I.D. Is not what makes the 5.9 run good.

Not that a .040 bore is significant any way.

... then plan on sleeving it as well - and not with those skinny rebuild liners, either.
