03 started smoking

With no compression all bets are off. My guess is you have a hole in a piston so its a rebuild job plus the injector. I would get all the injectors check/ rebuilt if doing a motor job.
 
If you take it in for a rebuild plus injectors I would plan for $15,000 to $17,000. It all depends on what they find once they get into it. Cost of a rebuilt motor alone is in the $10,000 range, injectors, gaskets, fluids, labor, ect. are all extra.
