just bought a sct xcal 2 off ebay. went to update it with the latest firmware. While it was updating, i went to get up to get a drink and my chair caught my usb plug and pulled it. i said a few choice words and plugged it back in. Nothing now. its blank, will not pull anything up when i plug it up. I tried calling sct today, stayed on hold for over 2 hours. Never could get anyone on the phone. Can any of the sct tuners fix my problem or will i have to send it back to sct?
