Fuel rail pressure stuck at 27,535

06 rail pressure stuck at 27,535 all the time truck running or not ,, multiple display sources through obd2 . Change rail sensor , fca, and a blown. Relief . Still the same, rail sensor pigtail has 4.5 volts and ground . Any ideas ?

Unhook fca and no change while running,, sounds like it's really at 27k. Return lines from motors fairly warm

Something similar happened to me when I had a bad pigtail. I replaced it and everything went back to normal.

This was a engine swap , changed out long block rest was same parts. I will try the pigtail to start with and see if I can see anything on v2 out of place
