Ford TW25 tweaks???

Hey guys, looking into what can be done to my TW25 that I bought not too long ago... Tractor runs great, I just want a little more power out of her. It's got a 3" stack on it currently, that I want to change to 5" as well as add some gauges (pyro, boost, oil pressure) to monitor the engine. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!

Holset super40 turbo, turn the fuel screw out the whole way.
Should put you at approx 225 - 245 hp range.
