47RE PCS TCUE Tuning

Have a 2001 Dodge 5.9 24 valve with a 47RE. Truck was converted to an automatic and is using a PCS 2000 controller. No problems for several years and suddenly will not shift tout of first gear. When in the monitor mode the trans says it is in reverse when actually in drive. No idea how to correct or where to look. Extremely confused, any and all help would be grand.
 
If it won’t shift out of first check your fuse and 12v supply to the pcs controller, the 2000 series is known to be bulletproof I’d be surprised if it was anything actually wrong with the controller.
