New to me 13 looking to delete

In the process of buying the cleanest mega cab 13 I every seen. Has 32k miles wanting to delete I Live about an hour west of St. Louis. I can do the installs myself but want is the best bang for the buck delete wise EFI live, H&S, or something different.

An updated calibration via EFILive from a reputable tuner is the way to go.
