mild 12 valve, which FASS??

I'm looking to upgrade my stock fuel system on my '96 Ram.. I've got fairly decent sized injectors with compound turbos, truck has dyno'd 550 hp and ran 12.80s in the quarter mile. According to fassride.com, the 125 GPH system is rated up to 600 hp, so i'm on the fence here as i don't want to short myself. I don't see a 150 GPH system listed for the 94-98 trucks and i don't believe i'm in the arena for a 220 GPH...

I'm not afraid to admit i'm apprehensive to replace a good working OEM lift pump with an electric pump.. i've never had a fuel pressure gauge on it but once lit, the smoke clears quite well. I think i have acquired about what is expected from a stock lift pump, and believe the injection pump and injectors could possibly swallow some more..

My lift pump is original with 335K miles, and my truck is a daily driver, year round. What actually prompted me to look at this route is a pesky leaky return line in the hard to reach area where the lines turn up to the filtter head. I figured the truck is due for an upgrade here (pump/lines). I also plan on getting a draw straw or equivalent. So my bottom line question is which system is recommended as an upgrade on a truck that has made 550 hp with the factory stock OEM system, but without leaving anything on the table??

I'd think that a 150gph system would be a good fit for your current setup.

Just how much HP will the shock pump feed? I'd love to use a mechanical over electric.

Didn't Ron Allen run a Walbro into the stock lift pump on a separate feed? It kicked on when pressure dropped?
