High pitch squeal

04 F550 4X4 6.0 Someone replaced the turbo because it has a very high pitch squeal at idle.stock engine & hasn't any obvious leaks around turbo or intake.Owner says it does get quieter when it warms up-posting for a friend thanks in advance.

Sooooo.....the turbo had a high pitched squeal so someone replaced it...and the squeal went away? Or the squeal is still there after the replacement and goes away when it gets warm? I'm lost. I've read your post 6 times.

The squeal is still there, turbo wasn't the problem - sorry for not being clear.

High pitch squeal

How are you sure the turbo isn't the squeal?
I've fought a bad 6.0 turbo before. It squealed like no other. After 5 times of the company rebuilding it locally, I told them to kick rocks and I wanted the money back.
