Anyone? I don't want to delete anything, just looking at power options. Who is doing this?

Check with DP-Tuner and see if they have it in the works

Ppei has been doing emissions compliant tuning, not sure if for the Ford though.

Either send in your ecm to have it worked over on the bench, or a few are using something called a black box I think, to tune without taking the ecm out. Calibrated power is offering the black box option I think. If I remember right it was $2500 plus
