No Limit Mfg is a company built to serve engine builders, and do it yourself racers. Our staff members have many years of experience in racing.

We have a passion for racing. We grew up watching, and participating in different motor sports. You could say it is engrained in our blood. It is like when you smell the fuel burning, it puts this feeling in your gut, that drives you to the finish line. Its the competition that pushes you farther then you thought you could go. This is what we put into our engine parts. We watch our customers, and it is not just them going faster, and pulling farther. We are right there with them. This spirit moves through out our manufacturing system. We look how can we provide our services more timely, than the rest. How do we provide the most quality, and the most value.

We used advanced technology, and we tune it to perform the task precisely, and effectively. It is striving for perfection, in every design, every cut, every finish, for every application, and every challenge that is presented to us. From everyday normal, to the most ugly, bad to the bone, never done before thought.

We have our own CNC machines, cam grinder, hones, and manufacturing equipment. We manufactured our own parts in house. 99% of our parts, and materials are made here in the USA. None of our parts are made in China.

We manufacture camshafts, billet camshafts, engine liners (sleeves), billet main caps, rocker arms, billet cylinder heads, pistons, custom rods, and much more.

Let us know what we can do for you.

Glad my order went to a CompD sponsor. Eric is a real guy that answers the phone and works with a guy to find out what is needed. Thanks for your time sir and:welcome:.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say you used to be Staab machine. I've saw your water injection nozzles in a few threads on here. Do you have any more info on them you could hand out?

I used be apart of Staab Machine, I went on my own a few years ago to do other work for OEM. But I still love to do performance so we started making cams, and other parts.

I'm not sure about the water injection nozzles you are referring to. Can you describe them to me, maybe I can help you out.

I have a water injection system now that is a little different. We could use the same nozzles or go to another nozzle. The one in the picture is an old style Staab Machine system. They also have change theirs too.

Cool, shoot me some info on yours if you've got something handy. For that matter on your whole inj system.

Water Injection System

It will take me a few days to put together what I have. I have only sold a few to some local pullers, and to be honest it wasn't really a priority for us to sell, but if there is some interest out there I can put a package together.

So what was in the picture is 12v electric setup.

So basically we offer the same thing now, just the pump pushes more pressure.

The pressure is dependent on how many nozzles you have on the system.

So the nozzles that were in the picture, I like to have at least 750 psi of pressure. These nozzles are like fuel injection nozzles. The nozzles need a 1/8NPT threaded bung or hole to screw into. The body is 5/16 in diameter. They come in 1.0, .75, and .5 long bodies. They come in two pieces, a nozzle and a jet. The jets come in increments of .001 from .013 and up.

We also have newly available different nozzle. This nozzle only requires 300 psi of pressure. It is much bigger than the other nozzle. It requires a 1/2 NPT bung or hole to screw into. They also come in different increments.

Now this system is not for every application. I would say it will handle 3.0 truck and down. Will also probably handle some twin charger setups.
To go bigger I recommend going to a belt driven pump. The belt driven pumps will put out more volume than the electric setup will.

So this is what I have for pricing.

Water injection 12v electric pump kit ( Includes, 12v electric pump, 8 port manifold, adjustable pressure switch, and the fittings for the manifold and pump.) $675.00

Small Nozzles: $14.50 ea.
Jets for nozzles:$7.25 ea.

Large Nozzle: $85.00 ea. This is the price right now, I will be negotiating a better deal, and I expect the price to come down to about $70.
Also to get a different size jet, you need to buy the entire nozzle on this style. So it is more expensive. Most customers go with the small nozzles.

I do have the hose for the pump, and nozzles. This is custom quote because everybody usually mounts their system differently.

You can find the tanks from a couple sources, like jegs, and speedway.

Right now I do not stock everything. So if you order today it will take about 3 weeks for me get everything put together, at the price listed above. If your in a real hurry the system will cost $100 dollars more, and I can have it in a week.

I think the setup in the thread I linked ran around 400 psi. I've got a belt driven piston pump design I'd like to build but there's so much crap under the hood of a common rail already. So I'm looking for a bed mounted setup now. What kind of pump are you using in your kit, one of the 12v hydraulic pumps? Please let it be something smaller, kind of like the one linked :lolly:
