271 Conversion on a 94 and 02

im running all 35 spline axles and their custom lockouts, CAD delete kit, new 35 spline spider gears and pin, and the free spin kit for 1850 to my house......

I have the same kit, you probably should junk the lockouts and go with drive flanges. I also opted for the superjoints.
 
Well good news! i took my truck over to my friends shop and we unhooked the hoses going to the front actuator to check for vacuum and sure enough there was vacuum there and all we did was switch them around where they connected on the actuator and i now have 4wd! so the conversion is now complete!!! now i just need to figure out how to put up pictures
