Engine Mount Repair

I have engine mounts from an 2000 ex plow truck that I want to repair to use on a truck. My plan is to use a milling machine to bore the bolt hole out to 5\8" and then sleeve it with some 1\2" ID chromoly tubing. My only other option would be to buy new ones, but I really don't want to spend the money. Has anybody started making a replacement for just the round aluminum piece, as is available for gas engine mounts?

I bought some from him and they are a great idea and they are nice looking mounts, however I don't think solid mounts would be a good idea for a DD.

I found some urethane bushings online. Around $70 and free shipping on Amazon.com. Prothane # 4-510.
