Any ZF6 gurus on here?

Just finishing up a rebuild on a zf6 out of an 08 and am trying to figure out what the specs for the bearing preload for the main and counter shaft should be. The book has an equation to figure out Shim size but no spec for actual bearing preload. No gears or shafts were replaced and everything has been in spec this far but for some reason I'm getting .010 on the main and the counter shaft is snug. Spins fine through all the gears from the input shaft.
