So after pressure washing all the mud off the Sheetmetal. I ran my conduit and started hanging my lights.

Also if anyone is doing sheet metal inside and out side and you need to run wire or anything through a cavity wall. A old coworker makes these and they make life so much easier. The Better Bellhanger | SnakeBit Drill
I also found another use for it when running conduit for my panel as a hole saw jig for a perfect cut
