Quit changing my capital letter to lower case

I like the caps filter but I think it should be adjusted a little bit so that it only filters whole sentences in caps instead of when people are trying to annunciate or type an abbreviation.
 
I'll cast one vote for the caps correct feature...reading a ratards post in entirely capital letters makes my head hurt even more than it would in lower case...
