Greg Hogue Comp461 pictures from Diesel Power's Project X Diesel

I like the fact that Greg Hogue and Comp461 are listed in the title as well, and that most of his posts are in size 72 font and bold :doh::doh:

am i the only one that finds it funny that greg more or less talked schit about project x and disowned it and talked all this trash about it, but is now posting pics of him and the truck????

This waste gate changes the way everyone does business. It allows extreme fine tuning of the system, by controlling the turbo from a drive pressure stand point rather than from boost.

here is the header and the waste gate

Here on the left is the Industrial Injection Silver Bullet 66, I made 927 hp with this turbo with a single increased displacement stage 3 Dragon fire CP3. This with a small shot (.125) of Nitrous Express Progressive nitrous . The turbo on the right is the granddaddy of street Turbo’s The Industrial injection Silver 74 . it was surprisingly streetable, and make the same boost at 200 degrees less compressor out. I made a best of 1047 with this turbo with the same shot of NX
This package spinning the tire all the way down the track ran 129.88 mph

this turbo worked well in Land Speed and Mile racing , Here is one of my biggest helpers at the Texas Mile

Greg just so you know, (and this is not a shot I promise, more of just a FYI) I was at 1050 Hp with a single silver bullet 66, with the same shot of nitrous. I wish I would have had the wastgate on it, the turbo might have lived a little longer.

the pics greg post are pretty cool, not gonna lie. i wish i had the funds and financial backing and the time to do what you do

I thank that the Industrial Injection hit it out of the park when they developed the SB66, its very versatile and forgiving, making big power yet having good street manors.
Good jon on the power , a waste gate like the ones ED makes would really wake up the potential , by controlling drive pressure with nitrous
