I want to say the new Sale Rep. (Jessica) was a pleasure to deal with and very attentive to getting my order taken care of for me. Not only did she send me email confirmation my back ordered parts were fixing to ship out she also called to let me know personally.

She is a keeper!

Thanks bud. I just let her read your post and she is cheesin' over there. She has been doing a great job and we are getting some great feedback on her customer service. I am very proud to have her on board and hope to find more just like her.
