52 MPG!!! For 2nd Gen Cruze Diesel!!!

The EPA MPG rating for the second generation Curze Diesel has finally been released and it is up to 52 MPG highway for the MT sedan and 47 MPG with the 9-speed AT sedan!

Pretty darn impressive considering that this is with the updated EPA test that seemed to knock everyone down a few MPGs including the first generation Cruze Diesel which was rerated to 44 MPG...

The same engine is going in the all new 2018 Equinox/Terrain twins.

Sure is, I would expect to see 40-42 MPG out of those with the heavier chassis and worse aero, but I'm sure they will be among the top MPG for a CUV!!!
