Should I paint the underside of my box?

I'm getting a box I bought ready for paint and I'm wondering if I should bother painting the underside of the box? My only concern is for rust resistance. Will the factory paint hold up pretty well, or should I be looking for some other type of paint to keep rust at bay? Keep in mind that short of completely disassembleing the box, there's no way to prep every square inch. So some of it will still be just factory paint.

I am considering doing the same this summer. I am not sure that it will be worth the work though?

I sprayed the underside of my box with castle rubberized coating.
It may not be a world of a difference but I was using Chassi-saver on the frame so thought it would be a waste to not do something while I had the chance.

JMO though some may think it was a waste of time.

I hear ya! It's going to be a real PIA to sand or even just scuff everything effectively. Too many odd shapes and hard to reach areas. I'm kind of hopeing the factory paint is some good stuff. I just get the feeling that I need to do something since my original box started rusting after only 6 years...PATHETIC!
