Love it. Even though I’m a kw diehard I have a soft spot for older maintained trucks.

Thoughts on using hydraulic hose for fuel line. Been told it is ok for diesel but not gas, been told it’s ok for both, been told it’s a terrible idea. Thoughts?

Works just expensive, most use stratoflex with reusable ends.

And stratoflex is way easier to route.

Need some "trucker" help for my neighbor's hay truck. He's got a 2003 W900L. He's got very low air and only one speed on the A/C blower motor.

Does anyone have a schematic of the blower motor circuits with the switch and resistors and what-not? I have to see something on paper before I fully grasp it. I need to know how to diagnose it. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Truckers, lets see your rigs!

Probably the resistor, it’s in the duct. Remove the cup holder console. Replacement is like $10.
However most guys don’t have filters on the air intake on the side of the cab so the heater box is fucked with dirt which turns to concrete. Evaporator and heater core is packed solid. Usually bad resistor means the fan only runs on high.

Are they still switching grounds on the 03's?

Whoever let those trucks out of the factory without cab filters should’ve been beat.

Any of you guys have an FLC here? I can’t get the free play in my clutch. Adjusted correctly just won’t come that last 1-1/2” off the floor where the free play is. Thinking a return spring has broken and fell off (haven’t driven in 2 years). I can’t find where a return spring would go nor can I remember a return spring being there.

Anyone like old cabovers? We bought this one new in 1985 and have been looking for it for 15 years. It found us a month ago and it finally came home last night. Was running and driving when it found us, and the guy ran it until it had to be hauled in.

The project begins.

It's in the wheelhouse. My kind of music is anything that is actually music. Not DUB beats and clap tracks. I like trucks though. I also hate trucks.
