Doesn't look like they do Cummins engines.

How are you guys mounting the low pressure turbo? I actually have a set off an MXS I could use. What kind of boost on a combo like that. Seems it would be a lot. It's a heavy haul truck. Want to keep as reliable as possible
Thanks

Boost will be no more than 50psi which is where the ecm will defuel. It's only .6L more than the MXS. I always move the wastegate line from the atmosphere turbo to the outlet of the manifold charger so it opens sooner. Really need to Machine the wastegate hole larger to let the gt50 do more of the work but they work awesome like they are under 800hp.

Could you unwind the waste gate it the stock location, allowing it to open sooner? What is the thickness on the plate? Maybe I'll try it seeing I have the chargers already just a brake saver 600 file. Don't think it will be 800hp

Well it opens at like 25psi but moving the hose lets it see 25psi from the total boost instead of 25 between the stages. 5/16 or maybe 3/8. Don't get too thick because the thicker the plate the farther it moves the atmosphere turbo away from the block and it makes getting the exhaust bellow between the turbos lined up. Phuk laggy singles with a 500rpm power band.

Eastern Oregon, between Durkee and Bridgeport. Gravel road that winds up through a canyon for 20 MI or so. They seem to hang out out right there, I've been up there 3 times in the last 2 years and I always see them along the Burnt river somewhere.

I feel safer with my unbaffled liquid tanker on snow than my pickup. You get used to it.

Those roads don't look that bad. Snow pack is much nicer than glare ice.

It was about an inch on gravel so it was good. Freezing rain this afternoon so I'm camping out until tomorrow, I don't mess with that anymore if at all possible.

Ya we got a baffled tanker and when roads are ice it blows pulling. It especially since we don't pick up enough product to fill it so it's constantly moving and tossing the truck around.

I drove a water truck on a clay mud job site for a while, it would make things pucker from time to time.

This setup isn't terrible, but I'm looking at a crude tanker because they're super cheap right now. 12000 gallon 2 compartment and I'm only going to use about 6000. I'm considering welding the baffles shut and making it a 6 compartment.
