Not to bad, just watch where you are standing. Try not to get objects in the foreground of the image. Also you will need to play with your shutter speed to see what works best for your camera.

i think your 2nd and 3rd shots are the best. just need to get more of the sled in there and less of the people watching. whatever the pole was at the full pull mark really f'd you lol
 
Yea, a better location would have suited you better. I try to get the side opposite the flag guy.
 
I got to the pull kinda late and it was the best spot i could get. The 200ft poll was in a few of the shots those were with the 75-300 lens and I was standing just shy of 300ft. Most of the pulls around here have fold up markers and not 10ft fence post in the ground. Ill avoid them if possible next time. Like I said first time out.
