Low cost control arms

problems start @80 psi
I would like to show my latest creation - low budjet and longer control arms for my lifted 2 Gen.

At first I cut off the rubber isolators from new control arms (they were originally made for 2008 Ram), becasue Gen3 control arm lenght is not correct for my lift (3 inch lift)

I also mesured my original axel geometry and I decide to move my axle 20 mm forward, I also made drawing with Autocad to see how much axle transfer to forward will change the control arm lenght- now my control arms are 19 mm or 3/4 inch longer (also the tire/wheel is in the center of the fender)

Also the arms are little bit offset to give more tire clearance.

Now my 37 tires will clear and I do not have to affraid to tire/body contact.

Here are the pictures:

If I remember correctly : 60x40x4 mm or 2.35x1.57x0.16 inch

the stock gen3 short control arm was 60x30x2

It depens , will the tires hit the control arms or not.
Like you see my arms are offset for more room for tires

After my control arm build I found this useful picture from another forum.

The joinst are also offset to give full droop.
