Filter locations

Going to be installing some different filters using just a basic filter housing. Looking for good locations to put them out of the way, but also easy to access to keep up with maintenance.

What about on this area on the frame by the driver's side?

Is this going to be out of the when everything is finished bolting together?

Would prefer to keep in engine bay as I have a cooler going under the bed already.

Also, I have an auxiliary oil pump I'm installing as well. Is the opposite frame rail a good place for it?

Thanks for advice

My 2 micron filter after the Fass pump and filters is mounted on the inside of the frame under the cab . Drilled and tapped the holes.

Thought about that, but I'm using the original fuel lines and didn't want to run the new lines all the way back and then up to front again.

As long as there isnt clearance (or heat) issues this would work for me.

I got em in there. Kinda just took a guess on clearance after fan shroud and all.

Going to get some 90° barbed fittings to prevent hose from kinking with short run.

Here is where I had one. Passenger side frame rail on the outside. It was extremely nice doing oil changes.
