Check engine light - Competition Diesel.Com

My 2012 3500 C&C had a check engine light this morning. Very first for my truck. So I cycled the key three times to see what codes came up and it had the dash lines then said done without displaying any codes. What else could cause the light to come on with no codes to be read ?
It is fully deleted. Torque tech tuner is loaded on the tow mode

Not familiar with your tuner, but I had a similar situation this even with my 2011. I have an Edge Juice w/ Attitude and it was my obd II connection.
