Anyone tried this? I'm certain the probe in my 2012 is bad because at idle in park or neutral the displayed temperature climbs from 600 to 1000 after a few minutes. Seems simple since it's still a simple two wire connection, but i don't know if all probes transmit the same signal, or if they are gauge specific (e.g. if .5V = 1000 on an Edge but .5V on an Isspro = 500).

Should be a K type probe for the temp range being monitored.

Also make sure your connections and wires aren't near heat sources.
