I'm selling my modded CP3 kit for a 6.7. It consists of a modded gear pump, high pressure outlet fitting, FCA, and a stock early 6.7l cascade valve.
The gear pump has enlarged inlet and outlet ports that have been chamfered for increased flow. The high pressure outlet fitting has an enlarged thru ID and enlarged exit holes that are blended to smooth the fuel flow and prevent cavitation from abrupt flow changes. The FCA has an enlarged inlet ID and extra flow area at the base of the triangle. A stock early 6.7 cascade valve is included.
I ran this on my truck with zero issues. It allowed my to hold 26.4k rail pressure on the H&S 175 Wild tune. Before modding my CP3, I could only hold 21.5-22k rail pressure. I was trying to fix the 6.7 'tick' and I thought it could have been my CP3 mods, so I replaced it with the Floor IT diesel kit. Needless to say, I still have the 6.7 'tick'....
Asking $300 shipped.
Pictures of the modding process are included to prove this kit is not bogus.
