TRADE 12 valve t4 steed for t6

Putting a feeler out there, not in a hurry, looking for anyone that has a 12 valve t6 steed or stainless diesel manifold they would trade for a t4. Has the updated wastegate port. Not angled. Good condition with only a few hours of run time while in my possession.

Thanks

It will, and it’ll be great for street driving in the meantime, but there is always better and more efficient setups to be had. I’d much rather have a 1.0 or 1.10 custom t4 for a 96 turbine s400, but trading manifolds will get me into the 96 turbine for the least amount of money. Since I can rob the 475 from my 05 and spend a few hundred on a 1.15 housing vs 650+ for a custom one from barder.

Spencer, have you thought about running a s400 with 92mm T4? some pretty reasonable options for those. I picked up a FI 476/92/110 T4 with a 15 passes for $900. Just a thought...

No, I actually didn’t know anything about the 92 until you posted this.

The way I see it, I can spend 150 bucks to ship manifolds back and forth if someone is willing to trade, then maybe 150-200$ to get a 1.15 t6 used. I already have a 475 on my 05 with the 96 turbine I would rob. So I could theoretically spend 300-400$ and get the best possible setup for maximum effort. Maybe add 50$ and an afternoon of fabrication for a new flange to adapt to the outlet of the bigger housing. Saving money here will allow me to save up for things that are bigger ticket like rods, cylinder head, intercooler, etc.
