i sent him a message as well and haven't heard back from him i saw him the 17th at numidia but he has been awol since.
 
Ron, keep in mind that he is super busy, don't know if I could deal with the constant calls, txt's and messages personally.

Ron, forgive me for not knowing who you are by your screen name. If you've tried calling and I've missed it, hopefully you left a message and I will return your call. Call or text 616-608-2977, email chris@engineereddiesel.com and I will do what I can to return it if I miss it. Its almost midnight on Wednesday and I know there are some Monday calls I haven't returned yet, probably even some from the weekend at TS. There is nothing against you or anyone else we miss, its surely not intentional. Things have grown at a staggering rate. I would have shot beer out of my nose laughing if you asked me if I thought I'd have 200+ forms of contact each day for 3 days straight when we started this like I have this week so far. Every call and contact is important even though you feel avoided. We do out best to handle everyone taking the time to reach out to us with an attempt to give them their time and appreciate the opportunity to help with every project big or small. I'm sure we will talk soon. Chris

i was the one who sent the measurements on my 177283 s300 to get the turbine housing made. just wondering if the numbers were understandable and what my cost would be shipped to Oregon.

i realize your business has grown rapidly which is great, but i feel your at apoint where something has to happen soon. hire some people or turn down orders while you catch up. my current experience with your company is just about ensuring i will not be a return customer.

i ordered mine from chris, top notch service. I had never changed a turbo before i ran into problems, and chris was there to help walk me threw it.
 
Ive had nothing but great dealings with the man!!!!! May take him a few days to get to me but he always gets to me. It seems now days its hard to find good work and when you do everyone wants some of it.

So Kennyblatz quit your whinning. The man is busy and to be honest if I were him I wouldnt want someone like you as a customer! What makes you so special you need to be moved to the front of the line anyways?

On a side note..Chris Ill be getting ahold of you on monday to get that turbo going.

I mean, I've asked some dumb questions in the past, but I have never tried to down anyone on here. Maybe rag on a little but just in fun. Thats why this is a brotherhood. No smart to do it, especially to someone that helps us all out. I vote for a :banned:

I wouldn't go that far. He has a right to speak his mind too. I can see where he is coming from. I personally wouldn't go back to anything from ED after the issues I've seen, but to each their own. Others are perfectly happy with what they got so it evens out in the end.

Do i care if i get BANNED no! but thank god i didn't buy a Product from them. They can stuff their Lube Yea I said Lube Heavy LUBE to be exact I may live in Alberta but we cannot all pry one of them Golden Bricks outta the Highway.
