Here is the pinion brake. Everything made in house, except calipers and pads of course. If anyone is interested in having one installed, pm me. I need to know what rearend you have.

You wanting it as a kit or you want it installed? There is a good bit of fab work to be done on the housing to make it fit.

as a kit most likely. Be hard for me to get my truck to you guys. I figured there was some machining to make it all work though.

glad to see your making a kit .I looked into this couple years ago and pulled the plug do to all the neg fed back i received from gas racers and just worked at the trans brake . The staging with a pinion brake I think would be easier ,are you using a hand lever or solenoid tied into the brake s ?

We are only offering these as an in house installation because of the wide variety of rearends out there. And even the same models are different sizes on the casting sometimes.

I know you said this somewhere before, but I can't remember.
How much will this pinion brake hold before the truck pushes through?

That is very very cool! Still say this is an absolute must for 2wd guys!

Hell, 4wd too. Mine pushes through at 5psi, unless I stand right on the big pedal, then I can hold about 8psi. But it doesn't matter, launching at 5psi roasts these proxes on the street.
