Looking for a 62/65/12 for twins

A buddy of mine gave me a turbo he thought might potentially work in twins. Im not sure what it came off of and dont have pictures or wheel sizes yet, but do have some numbers off the front cover. Garrett BA 1196 BO M-24 A/R .75 Has T-6 foot and both housing go on with v band clamps

Me and a buddy pulled his motor apart to do head studs and deletes. Took the heads to local shop to get checked out, and both are cracked any ideas on where to get some cheap. Or does anyone know somewhere that does exchanges.
