where can you buy the brackets to do the conversion and what calipers and rotors do you use ?

i just bolted my new s400 74/74 .90 ar turbo on my 12v i have plenty of fuel but it spools real real slow. i have 370's no plate or afc, full cuts ,twisted barrels 20* timing 5kgsk. what should i try first ? timing ? tune afc ?

one of my buddys just bought a 96 5speed 12v and the stock turbo broke the shaft about a week ago so he bought a hx40 the only mods are no plate , intake,5in exhaust,18*timing and thats it and he can peg a 1600deg guage the probe is in the manifold what could be wrong ?? it hits about 38psi of boost

what kind of power should i expect going from a 64/14/65 to a s400 74/16/74 ? i have plenty of fuel the 64 dont even come close to clearing the smoke and its a drag truck so spool isnt a big deal
