I have a 1998 2500 with 12 valve. I have 285 tires and no one can help with speedo calibration! What does everyone do for this problem?

What makes up a good set of turbos to tow with.? 1998 2500 12 valve auto trans. I don't want to race it or to drive a smokey lag pig! I did have a vp pump truck with a hx35-12w with a 475. is this a good set up with a 12 valve?
