have buy stage 3, more power, less smoke and lower egr( almost 200 degree lower!!) what an improovement over my 5x014!!

have remove 1 click each side( now at around .035 protusion, idle is more strong. can let the clutch slowly in 2nd without stalling. lope is gone, idle is 200 rpm lower cold vs hot,but again if i set the idle over 700 rpm , the rpm is slow to come down to idle

road test today, throttle little tutchy but not that bad, 500 rpm idle cold and hot around 700( what can cause that!?), hard to start 2nd speed without giving pedal. looks to have plenty of power, more linear than the 4k i had sometimes the rpm is slow to come down(1500-idle) idle is erratic...

hi, have change my modded 180 ppump( 4kgsk, 191delivery valve) to a 215 ppump. have put PDD Comp cut delivery valve/rack plug and Peak Diesel 4kgsk in it. with the 180 pump i never had problem to start when cold (under 60*F outside). but with the 215 pump it take forever to start.. grid heater...
