Ok guys I've been on google for the last 3 days. I swapped in an nv4500 in my 99 and can't get cruise to work. Clutch safety and all other sensors are hooked up and working. Anyone ever run into this issue? Pickup is a 99 but motor and all wiring is out of an 01. Help me out if you can.

I just put on a set of compounds 62/ht3b on my 97. And im having a hell of a time getting them to spool before 2200 rpms. but when they hit they hit very hard. I have ruled out boost and exhaust leaks already. have tried timing from 16-20 degrees verifying it every time before changing it again...
