Pulled my engine apart this week (05 CR) Found some thing nasty on my crank and the bearing had some weird wear. The other 5 crank surfaces look perfect. All cylinders look great. Just figured someone would throw there opinion on what happened. Enjoy guys!

I got a set of std. 05 Pistons I just pulled out of my project engine. They have 70k on them. Great shape. I'm just switching to 03-04 pistons. I'll include piston rings with them. No wrist pins. If someone wants the stock rods I'll throw them in with it. Paypal preferred.

Looking at doing my bottom end right on my CR. Don't have a torque plate available so going to a 14mm is out. At what power level are the H11 studs needed? Does the $330 make a big difference? Thanks alot guys

A crane truck came in today at one of my job sites. They rolled the truck and then bought it back from insurance. The truck only has 7k on it. It's a DT466 engine w/ the egr coolers and DPF. It's complete. Just throwing it out there if anyone has any interest I can put you in touch with them.
