i put a 3gsk on my truck,and over3200 it would cut in and out.so i took out the overflow valve and stetched the spring,then 4000rpms.so i bought a new overflow valve from peirs diesel 55.00.now it cuts in and out again over 3200.i was told timing,but with the spring strtched 4000rpms.so what...

i installed a pac brake,and the 60lb springs and it just doesnt slow down like i thought it would.i installed the bolt in the flap.i noticed it has another bigger hole in the flap.what if i plug that hole?or make it smaller?i just thought it would slow down better,i dont know.and yes it does...

i did the 3gsk it was easy i did it from side.first i dont have calipers so i did it by clicks.when it was done it idled high so i tightened them two clicks.it was higher yet.so i lossended them 6 now its about600.i drove it its a lot better.then i took out the #5tstplate and ground my stock one...

how legal is it for having black smoke when i pound on it.?if i drive it normal its not to bad,but working it hard and shifting it really smokes,i could care less.i think its cool.but what about the law?also how legal are a smokestack or two?thanks

:umno: i have a tst#5 fuel plate in the stock position.i only get black smoke when i shift through the gears when i pound on it hard.just a puff.at shifts.i have not messed with the star wheel.if i sit still at idle no smoke.but if i punch it then let up then punch it ,it smokes a lot...

i have a 4 inch stack.no muffler.at the top i have a tractor flapper.at idle it is barely open.at full throttle it only opens up about half way.my qustion is am i choking my motor with this stack flap?i keep that flap so rain dont shoot all over the truck after setting.what do you think?thanks
