    2nd Gen Dually fenders

    Can anyone tell me if there is suppose to be a thin strip of sticky backed foam between the dually fender and the sheet metal of the box. One bed we tore apart had it one didnt. It seem like a good thought but difficult to make the fender fit correctly.
