i have 2008 6.7 with banks monster exhaust from tip to muffler delete. and i got smartys 67 today went to delete with 5.9 exhaust and found something on down pipe ,looks like a filter, what is my best opp, at a good price.

do i have anything wrong, i cant get any answers to my question?
