how can you tell if your pump is a 215 180 or 160? i was told my pump i bought was a 215 any way to tell?

what injector line size to run? i dont want a lot of lope matter of fact i really dont want any but and i was wondering would .074s or .083s be better? would .074s be holding me back in hp?
