Got the truck up and running and I noticed the radio doesn't shut off automatically and the cab lights won't turn on when the two front doors open but they do when the rear doors open, also the overhead temp sensor display doesn't work, not very familiar with these trucks-could this all be related?

So I got my swap running and driving and the water temp doesn't seem to be working, the truck was a 6.0 and had 3 factory water temp sensors, I just combined all three of the signal wires and the one common wire to one sensor but the dash doesn't work. Any ideas?
