what is the highest hp anyone has made in an 03-04 with stock cp3 and stock injectors?

I have a friend who's truck is white smoking, running real rough, and has a popping noise coming from the air filter. It does all the above cold or hot, idaling or under accel. any ideas were to start would be greatly appreciated.:bang

I have been looking to buy a valve cover for a common rail 24v isb cummins industrial engine. The cover i want is on the f650 and 750 ford trucks equiped with the cummins motor. Also maybe someone could tell me where I could buy one. thanks George

This transfer case came out of a 1999 2500,auto trans, dodge with 113k miles on the clock.I am asking $650.00 plus the ride.I also have the shifter if someone needs it for a 94-98 convertion.

ok, I have a 96 with a manual trans 215 pump. I have a 0 plate, the washers fliped,the foot is groung 1/8",full cut delivery valves,15 degrees timing, and 4k gsk. My question is are there any other modds I can do to this pump for power? I dont want to do the plugers and barrels just some diy...

I have a 96 12v with the 215 pump. After about 2 or 3 days of just sitting wont start, I beleave it looses prime, Because I can wind on it lond enough it will start or I can use starting fluid. Once it starts it runs and drives just fine. It also startes right back up, only when it sits awhile...

A friend of mine has an 03' the crank case keeps getting full of fuel. Does anybody know how to tell exactly which injector is leaking, or do you have to replace the whole set.
