Have a 2008 6.7 cummins that recently had a ECM replaced by dealer. I removed smarty jr before they replaced ECM but after I installed program I have no exhaust brake. I have dismantled turbo and all was clean. Reinstalled and still no work, any suggestions? Could factory program not be engaging...
