05-07 conversion HELP!!!!

I started my 03 f350 on the hadlight conversion and im not feelin too good about it. took the old ones off and now im pretty clueless on what needs trimmed. SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE!!! all that i got accomplished was taking the existing headlights off and removed the headlight adjustment rods. someone school me
 
Cut on the inside of the blue tape:

No prob--I had help too so passing on the info I was given is good karma.
 
You also need to cut off that round donut peg sticking out right next to the fender itself.

Otherwise, the lamps won't sit flush against the fenders.
 
I had to remove that plastic piece that goes between the bumper and fender too.
 
who offers the best/ cheapest plug and play harness kit for the headlight conversion?

Cut off some 05 plugs and wire them into your harness.

Ford had pigtails available when I did mine back in 05 right over the counter but they were 50 bucks or something like that.
 
I bought an 05 Header panel for like 75.00. why not go that way?
 
I bought a 3-pack of spiral cutting bits to use in my Dremel for $5.99--why not go that way?
 
started the cutting and everything went pretty well. its just as everyones saying, not hard and hard to mess up! very glad im doing it. and jvencius gimme some more info on this dremel deal. ive got some spirals for my dremel I just dont have the know how lol
