06 6.0 high end sputter??

like the title says, 06 6.0, got an SCT tuner this week with pre loaded tunes. When you really get on it, it starts to spit and sputter slightly, is it possible that the head bolts are starting to stretch at all from the tune? Thanks for any help

My truck developed a high speed/load miss awhile back. Rev-X cured mine. Injector stiction.
