08' 6.4 with coolant pressurizing and blowing out the radiator cap.

Cold it be anything other than a blown head gasket? we put a egr cooler delete on and it still does it on a hard pull. Thanks for the help.

sounds like a hg... is it coming out of the degas bottle as well?
 
He brought it to me and asked to put an egr cooler delete on it and after we completed it he called back and said it was still puking out, ( he had a previous problem)I had no first hand experiance at where it was leaking the first time but I thought the coolant tank cap was the only place it could leak out?
 
Blown HG's. Replace gasket and stud after the head's been decked. Problem solved. Add more goodies to create bigger problems.
 
I know this a old thread but lots of 6.4 trucks puke with big tunes on hard pulls. Less with egr delete, but without a wastegate it still will. mine does on Spartan 275 and up. For some reason it never does on Kem 345.
