2000 7.3 MAJOR power loss

Hey everyone i picked up a 00 7.3 4x4 f350 for work. Truck was pretty sluggish when i got it so i put an intake, straight exhaust, and ts6 position chip. truck was like a rocket after that until the alternator went. the alternator actually going bad caused the trans to slip and not shift. not sure if thats possible but it happened. i changed the alternator and the truck shifted fine but had no giddy up what so ever. i have intercooler boots ordered and the trans is being rebuilt now. i have an older snap on scanner and it isnt showing any codes and the buzz test checked out fine. truck only has 225k miles. Any help would be much appreciated!

There are numerous problems this could be. But we need some parameters off the scanner like icp. Regulator percentage. Put a manual fuel pressure gauge on the truck and see what you have.
