2002 7.3 icp sensor problem

I have a 2002 Ford F-250 7.3, The ICP Sensor was leaking oil. I replaced it by ordering one from Pensacola Fuel Injection. After Replacing it a few days later I was on a road trip to the Florida Keys. While driving, the truck started to buck and run rough then eventually shutting down and wasn't able to get it started. I unplugged the ICP sensor and it ran like it didnt have any problems other than the check engine light coming on. I then replaced the Pigtail to the ICP sensor and didn't have any more problems after that.
Now I am having the same problem again. I do have TS 6 position chip but I dont think that would effect it.... Can someone please give a idea where I should look or any suggestions?

I am having the same problem with my 99. going to take it to be hooked up to see what it says. I replaced the icp and ran good for maybe 20 mins then back to the same thing.
